Vacation and workshops

Well our vacation already come to an end two weeks ago but I still have some pictures I would like to share with you all.

We didn't really went on holiday this year. We redecorated Noa her room and we went away on daytrips. I will strat with some pictures I made during a day at a small zoo.

And an other zoo.... What can I say, Noa loves animals!

We also went to this park all about...Strawberries! They have this big garden with a playground were you can find dwarfs and strawberries. You can also pick your own their. It was great fun!

We had a lot of fun with the 3 of us. To bad we had to go back to work again. At least we took a lot of rest. I have quite the month coming up. On September 5 & 6 you can find me at the Cosmo Cricket booth on the trade show at Kars. September 12th I will be teaching a Tattered Angels workshop at the Scrapbookwinkel in Heesch, the Netherland (about wich more in Dutch at the end of this post). On September 18th you find me teaching a Cosmo Cricket workshop at Bettypepper in Dusseldorf - Germany and from September 24 till 27 I will be in Austria at Scrapqueen teaching two different Cosmo Cricket workshops as well!

Techniekworkshop Tattered Angels

Datum: zondag 12 september van 11:00-17:00 uur

Docente: Natasja Verbeek (officiële ‘Tattered Angels educator’)

Prijs: €37,50 (inclusief materiaalpakket t.w.v. €18,95 & lunch)

Locatie: De Scrapbookwinkel, Heesch (Noord-Br.)

Inhoud: vóór de lunchpauze leer je technieken aan hoe te werken met Glimmer Mist, Glimmer Glam, Glimmer Glaze en overige producten van Tattered Angels. Dit doe je in een boekje wat na afloop als naslagwerk dient voor thuis. Na de lunchpauze pas je de ‘Glimmers’ toe op een canvasdoekje, in combinatie met foto’s en/of embellishments. Postcrossing

Last week I found out about postcrossing. I need to be honest, I never heard about it before. Like the name makes you suggest it's all about sending post. Now I never make cards since I don't send them out. But this looks like so much fun!

So this week I made 3 cards for which I used the Indy Girl line from Sassafras.

These 3 now went out to Finland, Germany and Turkye! I hope they arrive save and can't wait to receive my first card!

Agenda

Just a few more nights and than my new agenda will arrive!!! I really can't wait to go trough it, have it close to me and to write all my appointments, thoughts and ramblings in there. Why all the fuzz about an agenda you think?!

Turning 50

Noooo not me :D Lindsay Moore from Cosmo Cricket, he turned me last Saturday. Because of this I made this fun layout for him.

used "The Boyfriend" collection for this layout.

Mitten Weather?

Now who said that the new Cosmo Cricket line Mitten Weather was a winter/christmas line? With those lovely colors you can easily use it for other projects as well!

Fun fun!!

Look at this fun looked birdhouse I decorated with the new "Togetherness" by Cosmo Cricke t! Check out the Cosmo Cricket blog for this and other projects made by the designteam for a team up with Thermoweb.

This and two other birdhouses will be used in Noa's room which we are going to redecorated during our holiday. I will make sure to share some pictures when done :)

Now for some more fun!! I am busy restyled my website(s) and am now working on vintagetearooms.nl where you soon can find all the info about how to follow workshops by me and how to arrange a scrapbookparty! Last but sure not least!

So far this seems to be my personal favorite of the three new Cosmo Cricket lines. Here it is!

So far for the new lines. Since the chipboard letters have been so popular, there will be more!

Yeah those are with glitter!!

One of my other favorite's from Cosmo Cricket are the Tiny Types, and you guess it, they will be releasing new Tiny Types as well!
These first once seen white....but they are clear!!
